Our Main Chat Room Rules are :
Age Requirement : 18 years old and over , Please no Flooding, Spams and Clones other users name because it can caused disruption in the chat room , No Nudity ( means No full naked body that showing any genital area or even any sex act to be showing on cam in the public room/in the main lobby) please keep it in private chat. Main room is a public room so what ever you show in there becomes public and everyone (either males/females) can see it, but the main reason is for your own privacy, because you dont know everyone in the room and they can take a screen shot of your cam show. We didn't responsible of any publication outside our chat room. If you break this rule you will be banned without warning. Respect the chat monitors and the other chatters. If you private message someone and they do not respond, please do not continue to message them, because it can be very annoying. Trying to ask people first before you have a private chat . Chat room is supposed to be place to have fun chat and make friends. We understand that chat room is not a real life but it is grand to all people in the chat room to respect and get along with everyone without forgetting about manners and courtesy. We would be thankful if everyone: Do not typing all in Caps because it is sounds like you are yelling of everything you said in the main room, for more details please click here.
What should i do if i got a message says : " AV connection rejected " ?
There are few things that can effecting and caused this problem. First : may be it can happened when you still looking or having an AV chat online then one people who's having AV chat with you is leaving the room or disconnected from the chat. If this is happened, your AV streams might still online and didnt froze at all so you dont have to log out , all you have to do is just stopped your av stream and refresh it by click the little cam button to turn it off then press it again to turn it on. Second : If the problem happen when you first entered the chat room and at the right bottom corner you got a message says : AV connections rejected , all you have to do is log out and try to log in again with a new internet browser and clear the cache.

What should i do when i saw someone's Cam frozen?
To have a good quality AV chat you need good internet connections, good bandwith and ofcourse a good quality web cam and mic too. Our main room or lobby is set up as many to many or as converence room. If your internet connection is not fast for example using dial up , please do not expecting your cam session will be as good as broadband or cable connection. For example if you see A's cam frozen please ask the other chatter who watching A's cam if her/his cam frozen or not. If some people have the same problem that means A needs to turn off the cam and refresh it by click the little cam button to turn it off then press it again to turn it on. But If other people doesnt have a problem with A's cam then you need to refresh your AV streams.
Then if my cam / mic frozen, what should i do ?
First you need to refresh your stream ( see question above ) and if still doesn't work please try to log out and log in again using a new internet browser window.
Is this chat room working with any kind of internet browser such as AOL, IE, or Firefox ?
Yes it's working well but if you still have a problem to sign in please contact webmaster for more technical support.
What should i do if after i clicked the chat button from the front page but the page goes blank and no sign in page open?
Our chat is using Flash software. So please make sure you have the latest Flash software installed in your PC. To install our latest Flash software you can go to front page and you can download for free. But if after you download the flash and the problem still occured please contact webmaster for more info.
How many people can I watch or listen to at a time in this chatroom?
Currently we set up to 10 cams at the time, this all depends on your internet speed and the speed of the people your trying to listen to or watch. If your using dialup you will always struggle because you have a slow connection bit you should be able to listen to one person at a time view one cam for limited periods before freezing.
If your using broadband you should be able to view one cam continuously without problems at all times providing the person that your viewing is not sharing their cam with many people as this will slow their cam down. You need to remember that the results are limited by your internet speed and the speed of the people you are trying to watch or listen to. Best results are achieved watching one cam at a time then refresh your av and watch another cam or listen to another audio stream.
Do not expect to click multi cams and mics and see and hear all it just won't happen because of the limitations of the internet.
I am Mac user and i have build in camera / mic in my notebook. How can i activate my cam/mic in this chat room ?
1- Make sure your main AV button is ON. (to on av button, click on the camera icon on the bar jus above the text message box) 2- On the left hand side of the text message box is your own camera (with a shadow figure in it). Move your cursor to the bottom of the shadow and you will see another cam icon. 3- Click on the cam icon and hold down ctrl with a click / do a right click. 4- Click on Configure Cam/ Setting 5- On the drop down bar, select USB Video Class Video. 6 - For AV Audio, all you need to do is go Configure Microphone and on the drop down bar, select Built-in Microphone. 7- Remember to click on the cam button to active it (for both Cam and Mic) .
I saw an AV box with no names under it, what does it means ?
That means the person already logged out or the AV ( Audio-Video) streams already disconnected but still in your computer's cache / memory. To refresh just turned off your AV and click the Little cam icon Next to B twice and start the AV all over again.
